This policy describes what information AllDentalClinics.com collects and how we handle it. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell personal data, and searching for a clinic here leaves no patient record.
What we collect
Searches and browsing: your searches (city, ZIP, clinic name) are processed to return results and are not linked to your identity. We do not require accounts and do not collect health information about you. Claim and contact forms: when a clinic representative submits a claim request, we collect the name, work email, phone, and message provided, solely to verify and process the request. Technical data: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and secure the Site.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not collect medical or health information about visitors, and choosing a clinic through the Site creates no record shared with anyone.
Maps
Map images and tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap when a page with a map is viewed; that request is subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Emails to addresses at alldentalclinics.com are routed via Cloudflare Email Routing to our team inbox. We use the contents to respond to you and for no other purpose.
Retention and your choices
Claim-request records are kept while relevant to managing the listing. You may request access to or deletion of information you submitted by emailinghello@alldentalclinics.com; we honor verified requests promptly.
Children
The Site is a general-audience directory and is not directed to children under 13.
