Welcome to AllDentalClinics.com (the "Site"), operated by VIS Mountain Marketing ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is — and isn't
The Site is a directory of dental clinics and specialty practices with related informational content. It provides health-services information, not medical advice, and no content on the Site creates a clinician–patient relationship. See ourMedical Disclaimer. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. Directory information
Listing data is compiled from public sources — principally the federal NPPES provider registry — supplemented by information provided by clinics that claim their listings. We work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that names, addresses, hours, services, insurance participation, ratings, or any other listing detail is complete, current, or error-free. Always call a clinic to confirm before visiting. Displayed star ratings are attributed to their source platform and reflect that platform's data at the time of collection.
3. No endorsement
Inclusion of a clinic in the directory, "Claimed" or "Verified" status, or placement in results does not constitute a medical referral or an endorsement of the quality of any provider's care. Verified status means only that a clinic representative claimed the listing through our verification process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or republish the directory database; interfere with the operation of the Site; submit false claim requests or reviews; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Clinic claim submissions must be made by authorized representatives of the clinic.
5. Intellectual property
Site content — text, guides, design, and compilation of the directory — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Clinic names, logos, and photos on claimed listings belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission. To report an infringement concern, emailhello@alldentalclinics.com.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to clinic websites, mapping services, and authoritative health resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, including decisions about where to seek care. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and the Site at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the US.
