Patient Review Policy
Only reviews left here
Star ratings and reviews on AllDentalClinics.com come only from patients who wrote them on this site. We don't copy, import, or summarize ratings from Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other platform.
Who can write a review
Anyone who has been a patient of a practice, or a parent or caregiver of one, can review it once. Practice owners, employees, relatives of staff, and anyone with a business relationship with the practice may not review it, and neither may competitors.
No incentives, no filtering
- We don't pay for reviews or offer discounts, entries, or gifts for them. Practices listed here may not either.
- We don't ask only happy patients for reviews.
- We don't accept payment to remove, hide, reorder, or change reviews. Claiming a listing or being a verified practice has no effect on reviews.
How we moderate
A person checks every review before it's published, usually within 2 business days. We publish positive and negative reviews on the same terms. We reject or remove a review only if it:
- is spam, fake, or written by someone not allowed to review the practice (see above);
- is abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory;
- isn't about the practice or the patient's own experience there;
- includes personal health information, such as diagnoses or treatment details tied to a person, or anyone's contact details.
We don't edit what reviewers write. Reviews are shown newest first, and each practice's star rating is the simple average of all its published reviews.
Your information
We show only the name you choose to display. We use your email to prevent duplicate or fake reviews and to contact you about your review, and we never show it or share it with the practice. See ourPrivacy Policy. To have your review removed, or to report one you believe breaks this policy, email admin@vismountain.com with the practice name.
For practices
Practices can't remove or edit reviews. If you believe a review breaks this policy, email us and we'll look at it against the rules above. For privacy reasons, please don't confirm in public that a reviewer is your patient or discuss their care.
